Measuring Your Floor

Measure the length and width of your room.
Multiply the two numbers. Thus a 10’ x 12’ room equals 120 square fee. Note, that there is
approximately 5% wastage when installing
hardwood flooring. To calculate the wastage
factor multiply the square footage of the room by 1.05%. Thus the actual footage required in this example is 120 x 1.05 = 126 square feet. 126 square feet will require 8 boxes of Puzzle Floor Classic (4 boxes male pieces and 4 boxes female pieces).
