Design A Floor

Puzzle Floor™ allows you to create a floor that is uniquely yours and allows you to make a dramatic statement. 

Since all Puzzle Floor™ pieces are designed to quickly and easily interlock with each other, it’s easy to add a contrasting border in a different color or select various colors to match your décor.

Puzzle Floor’s interactive Design a Floor Module allows you to design multiple floor plans, save the ones you like as well as print them. 

Follow the easy, step-by-step directions to design your own floor in just seconds. 

Step 1 – To start select the “Apply color to all” button. 

Step 2 – Select the one color that you would like for the overall floor. You can immediately change the floor color, simply by selecting another color. 

Step 3 – Next click on “Apply color to individual” button. 

Step 4 – Click on one of the 13 colors, so it’s highlighted with a rose colored outline and than click on any of the individual puzzle pieces on the floor plan. The selected piece will instantly change to the color chosen. You can click on as many pieces as you like or select a 3rd, 4th or more colors and repeat the sequence.  

Step 5 – To start over with a new color for the overall floor, select “Apply color to all” and repeat the process. 

Step 6 – To save your design, give your design a name and type it into the Text bar immediately under Load and Save. Click on the Save button. Your design is now saved and is accessible by clicking on the name in the Floors menu and than clicking on Load.

Step 7 –  Four sample designs have been pre-loaded for you to view in the Floors menu. Simply Click on the name in the Floors menu to highlight the name and than Click on Load.

Step 8 - To print your floor design, click the Print button.

Once you have an idea of what you like, send us your room measurements by email, along with your saved design and we’ll prepare a scale diagram with your selected design, and return the new diagram by email. Click here to see a sample diagram. When you receive your diagram, you can confirm the design or make changes and begin to finalize your order – through email and phone discussions.
