Quality Assurance

The solid northern hardwood used in manufacturing Puzzle Floor™ comes from Certified Managed Forests. It’s the first step in our quality assurance program.

To ensure and maintain the highest quality standards, all of the hardwood used to manufacture Puzzle Floor™ is sawn in our mill and dried on site. State-of-the-art manufacturing machinery cuts and finishes the hand-selected hardwood. Each piece is milled to within .0005" (0.01mm) ensuring perfect alignment and fit.

All surfaces including top, sides and bottom are sealed prior to staining and finishing.

By controlling each stage of the manufacturing process and regularly reviewing our Quality Assurance Program, you can be confident that each puzzle piece you order has met our own very high standards prior to be shipped.
